Valued at Uganda Shillings 1,842,960,400 Nyamarwa Seed Secondary School site has finally been handed over to Kibaale District Local Government standing at 96% of practical completion after 32 months of construction by KWIK BUILD CONTRACTORS & ENGENEERING LTD.

Led by the District Chairperson Godfrey Muhonge Kasanga during the site handover meeting yesterday the Contractor was implored for honoring the contract he signed and attaining the current stand that gives the project a great look since for long he had failed to complete the works and was playing hard to get on the site.

Muhonge expressed his delight, saying the efforts of the District Monitoring Committee did not go to waste and further challenged the community of Nyamarwa Sub County to mobilize each other and send Children to school so that the overall goal of the resource is realized. The Chairperson said that the Government is currently interested in seeing the projects that go to different communities are fully utilized so that the sleeping potentials of these communities are revamped.

Expressing his gratitude on behalf of the residents, Vicent Gedi the Nyamarwa Sub County Chairperson thanked the government for the efforts they have employed to see Nyamarwa Community get an appealing Resource and further pledged to mobilize the community to send their children to school.

However Kibaale Chief Administrative Officer Dorothy Ajwang who was in attendance tasked the Contractor to work on and rectify the defects before the commissioning of the School is done, that is expected to be done in February 2022.
