Kibaale Kibaale Town council laid draft budget estimates worth Ugx 818,124,907 Million shillings for the next financial year 2024/25.

According to the draft budget laid during the council siting at the Town council hall in Kibaale town council, the Administration sector expected to be prioritized at over shs313 million, followed by Roads and Engineering with over shs219 million, followed by finance with over shs90 million, production over shs53 millions, Health over shs42 million and Community with over shs27 million among others.

The planned sources of revenue are; Urban Discretionary Development Grant with shs7,781,895, Un-Conditional grant shs28,346,502, Uganda Road Fund shs106, 437,912, Local Revenue shs96,008,200 and Wage with shs579,550, 398 Joseph Saazi, the Town council secretary for Administration, finance, planning and investment who presented the budget estimate to the Town council seating, chaired by the Town Council Speaker, Petralina Tirukuna has asked the councilors to read and internalize well the budget for clarifications before it is passed for the next financial year. 

In her speech Petralina Tirukuna the Town Council Speaker has called for team work among the Town council technical and political staff for the betterment and development of Kibaale town council thanking for the achievement got via getting Rukindo water. 

In the same council sitting chaired by Petralina Tirukuna, also the Annual work plan and the Annual procurement plan for the financial year 2024/2025 were approved.
