Godfrey Muhonge Kasanga the Kibaale District Chairperson has pledged together with entire district to establish a demonstration farm at Bwamiramira Sub County Headquarters for farmers to learn and acquire skills in farming since Bwamiramira premises hosts different dignitaries.

He revealed this while opening up a refresher training as well addressing extension workers at Bwamiramira Sub County premises in Kibaale district. Muhonge also emphasized co-operation amongst extension workers to help in improving farming in the district since the district is planning to make tours to different farmers across the district in the next financial year.

Meanwhile, Mike Lumu the District Production Officer Kibaale notes that the department is looking forward to create new policies to help in improving the work of extension workers such as basing them at parish levels, presenting monthly filed reports among others for proper monitoring.
